Learned counsel for applicant vehemently submitted that applicant has failed to comply directions given by this Court and has not deposited the amount directed by this Court within reasonable time, hence requested to cancel the bail.

Learned counsel for Applicant in A.B.A. No. 959 of 2023 submits that out of Rs.5,43,00,000/- the applicant in A.B.A. No. 959 of 2023 i.e. Mayank Goel has paid substantial amount and due to financial 1/2

As applicant has paid the substantial amount and they are seeking some time for paying the remaining amount, on humanitarian ground, last chance is given to him to pay the balance amount. By next date, if he failed to pay the amount this Court would hear the matter on merit and decide it.
