By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 27th July 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : Bharati Dangre, J.).

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by the said order, this Court has imposed condition No.(c) by which the applicant was directed to mark his attendance to the Investigating Officer on first Monday of the trimester between 10.00 am to 1.00 p.m.. Learned counsel further submitted that the investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant, yet charge has not been framed. The applicant is attending the Trial Court dates regularly. Hence, requested to allow the application.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The investigation is completed in the present case, chargesheet has been filed against the applicant, yet charge has not been framed. The applicant is attending the Trial Court dates regularly. 6.

In view of above, the bail condition No.(c) is modified as under :

(c) The applicant shall remain present before the Investigating Officer as and when required.

The interim application is allowed in above terms and disposed of.
