Pursuant to our order dated 10th October 2024, both Shri. Pramod Ananda Thube (complainant) and Shri. Shankarrao Vitthalrao Raut (Applicant in APW/839/2016) are present before us.

Shri. Pramod A. Thube has sent a letter dated 24th August, 2024 to this Court with a copy to the Chief Justice of India. Similarly, Shri. Shankarrao V. Raut has given a Press Note. They both when confronted with the said letter and the Press Note, accept sending / giving the same. They both tender their unconditional apology. They both seek time to file an affidavit to that effect.

The said unconditional apology tendered by Shri. Pramod A. Thube and Shri. Shankarrao V. Raut will be considered only

after perusing the affidavits, which they seek to file. 4.
