After arguing for sometime, when we expressed our disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. 2.

The application is disposed of as such. However, hearing of the appeal is expedited.

However, since the applicant is in custody since December 2014, the appeal be added to the weekly final hearing Board commencing from 3rd March 2025.
