Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the bail application, which stood dismissed on the basis of the conditional order dated 25th October 2023 passed by this Court (Coram: G. A. Sanap, J.). By the said order, the applicant was required to serve a copy of the bail application on the intervenor within a specific period of time. Since, the applicant failed to do so, the bail application stood dismissed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

The applicant shall ensure that before the next date of listing, a copy of the bail application is indeed served on the intervenor.

The applicant in the present case was arrested on 22nd February 2019 and he has remained behind bars since then. 6.

List the restored Bail Application No. 3505 of 2021 for further consideration on 30th July 2024 (High on Board). MANISH PITALE, J.
