In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Jagjeet Singh & Ors. vs. Ashish Mishra @Monu & Anr., in Criminal Appeal No. 632 of 2022, it is held that a victim is entitled to

In view of the same, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The amended copy of the anticipatory bail application be served on the other side. 5.

In view of the above, this interim application is disposed of. 6.

It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
