This application is made by the original Appellant for directions to the Senior Inspector of Police, Charkop Police Station, to find the details of legal heirs of deceased Rayajuddin in connection with C.R.No.69/2010 of Charkop Police Station. 2.

Therefore, this application is preferred. Advocate Mr. Kuldeep Singh appears today as he has instructions to appear for the legal heirs. He submitted that he will furnish the details of the legal heirs to the learned counsel for the Applicant within a period of one week from today.

On receipt of such information, learned counsel for the Applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment in the Appeal memo to add those legal heirs on record. For the time being to enable to the parties to act on their submissions, today I am adjourning this Interim Application.
