Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that Shri Singh has furnished details of the legal heirs of the deceased today itself, therefore, some time be granted to carry out the amendment. Learned counsel for the Applicant is permitted to carry out amendment to add the legal heirs of the deceased as party Respondents. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.

ii.

Once the amendment is carried out, the matter to proceed in due course.

iii.

If the amendment is not carried out, the matter be listed for further consideration on 25.9.2024. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
