This preacipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 02nd April 2025, this Court has allowed the Application for cancellation of anticipatory bail. In first paragraph of the said order in second line "cancellation of the bail" is wrongly mentioned it should be "cancellation of anticipatory bail". 3.

In paragraph No.2 in the fifth line "Rs.45 lakhs" is wrongly mentioned it should be "Rs.35 lakhs". 4.

In paragraph No.6 in the second last line "by the end of 24th October 2023" is mentioned it should be "by 24th October 2023".

Correction be made accordingly.
