On last date this Court has issued bailable warrant against Respondent No.2. The Police report shows that, it is served on him. Inspite of that, the Respondent No.2 is not present. 3.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that, the bail order passed by this Court is self explanatory and requested to recall the bail order and cancel the bail granted to Respondent No.2, last chance is given to Respondent No.2 to go on N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

41-IA-1851-2024.doc with the matter on the next date. If Respondent No.2 fail to argue the matter, this Court would decide the matter on merit. 4.

Stand over to 28th February 2025 along with Interim Application No.5441 of 2024.
