Learned APP states, on the instructions of the I.O. and also on the basis of the instructions given by the Respondent No.2 who is present in the Court, that the Respondent No.2 is seeking assistance of a Legal Aid Deshmane(PS)

16.ia-1880-24.odt Counsel. Therefore, the Legal Services Authority of this Court is requested to appoint a suitable Advocate from their Panel to represent the Respondent No.2. The office shall hand over all the necessary papers to the Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned APP submits that the Applicant was sent for medical examination. She submitted that a copy of the medical report shall be given to the learned counsel for the Applicant.

Stand over to 10.9.2024. In the meantime, the Applicant shall be provided with all the necessary medical facilities if necessary.
