INTERIM APPLICATION NO.1911/2024 IN ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 836 OF 2024 1.
This interim application is filed by the intervener to permit him to intervene in the present anticipatory bail application and make his submissions.

In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in
Diksha Rane 30 IA 1911-2024.doc case of Jagjeet Singh & Ors. vs. Ashish Mishra @Monu & Anr., in Criminal Appeal No. 632 of 2022, it is held that a victim is entitled to be heard during adjudication of bail application of the accused. 3.
In view of the same, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

In view of the above, this interim application is disposed of. ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 836 OF 2024 5.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that from last six months the applicant (Rajni Sujit Rana) is not reachable. She submits that since the applicant is not reachable, they will be taking up steps to withdraw the vakalatnama. It is also informed that in spite of specific direction given by the Court, the applicant (Rajni Sujit Rana) has not attended the office of the IO.

It is made clear that if none appears on behalf of the applicant (Rajni Sujit Rana), the interim protection granted by this Court on 28/3/2024 will stand vacated.

As a matter of last chance, stand over to 26/3/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation".
