1.

This Interim Application is filed challenging order dated 22 April 2024 passed by the learned Special Judge, Pune, cancelling the bail bonds of the Applicant and issuing non-bailable warrant of arrest against him. The impugned order is passed on account of Applicant's repeated failure to appear before the learned Special Judge. This Court granted interim protection in favour of the Applicant by order dated 3 May 2024 subject to condition of appearing before the learned Special Judge on the next date of hearing and co-operating with the Trial Court in conclusion of the trial.

2. Ms. Kondekar, the learned counsel appearing to represent Respondent No.2 would place on record roznama of Special Case No.690 of 2020 which shows that after grant of interim protection by this Court by order dated 3 May 2024, the Applicant has appeared before the Trial Court and has also cooperated with conduct of the trial. It appears that not only complainant but three more witnesses are examined in the meantime. In that view of the matter, the Interim Application is allowed by setting aside the order dated 22 April 2024 subject to the condition that in the event of the Applicant not co-operating with expeditious conclusion of the trial, the learned Special Judge shall be at liberty to pass similar order of cancellation of bail bonds in future.

3.

With the above directions, the Interim Application is disposed of.
