The learned APP has placed on record a report dated 30th May, 2024 received from the Superintendent Yerwada Rajeshri Aher

2/2 49 ia 1923 of 2024.doc Central District Prison, Pune, informing that the applicant/appellant is released on bail on 30th May, 2024, in the wake of the PR Bond being furnished by his advocate on 29th May, 2024, as a compliance to the directions issued on 10th January, 2024, by which he was directed to be released on bail.

In the wake of above, the Interim Application No.1923 of 2024 has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of.

As far as Criminal Appeal No.717 of 2017 is concerned, it is informed to be ready for hearing. Hence, the Criminal Appeal is directed to be listed for fnal hearing in the week commencing from 22nd July, 2024.
