(i) Let the matter be referred to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority [DLSA], Satara for mediation. (ii) The Applicant to appear before learned Secretary - DLSA, Satara on th September 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

(ii) The learned Secretary - DLSA, Satara to appoint mediator and to issue noticee to Complainant, to conduct meetings and then submit report within statutory period.

(iv) Learned Deputy Registrar - Main Mediation Monitoring Committee, High Court, Bombay to supervise the process of mediation.
