The present Application seeks restoration of Cri. Application No.1107 of 2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 17/04/2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants, who has now taken out an application for restoration and in paragraph 4, she has categorically stated that the Advocate for the Applicant logged in through VC, but could not be admitted and this resulted in dismissal of the Application. M.M.Salgaonkar

Considering the argument that the Applicant has good case on merit, we deem it appropriate to set aside the order dated 17/04/2024 and restore Cri. Application No.1107 of 2015 to its file.
