This Court while granting bail directed the applicants to deposit Rs. 10 lakh to show their bonafide. Accordingly, the applicants have deposited the said amount. Thereafter, in the trial the applicants were acquitted. However, from the judgment of the trial Court, its appears that the matter was settled between the parties. The applicants paid Rs. 10 lakh to the complainant.

In that view of the matter, the applicants are seeking to withdraw the amount of Rs.10 lakh deposited in this Court. varsha

Considering the above referred facts, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to the application. (ANIL S. KILOR, J) varsha
