This Court while granting bail directed the applicants to deposit Rs. 10 lakh to show their bonafide. Accordingly, the applicants have deposited the said amount. Thereafter, in the trial the applicants were acquitted. However, from the judgment of the trial Court, its appears that the matter was settled between the parties. The applicants paid Rs. 10 lakh to the complainant.

In that view of the matter, the applicant No.1 is seeking to withdraw the amount of Rs.10 lakh deposited in this Court. This order is corrected as per speaking to the minutes of the order dated 23.07.2024 varsha
