This is the third time that the Applicant has approached this Court for his release on bail pending his appeal.

On the first occasion, his bail application pending his appeal was dismissed vide order dated 25.10.2021 passed in I.A. No.2151/2021 in Cri.Appeal No.563/2021. On the second occasion, his application was rejected on 17.3.2023 in I.A. No.664/2022 in Cri.Appeal No.563/2021. Deshmane(PS)

8.IA-1962-24.odt In that order, liberty was granted to seek circulation of the appeal after reopening of the Court after summer vacation of 2023.

More than one year has passed since then. Therefore, though considering the previous orders, I am not inclined to grant bail pending appeal to the Applicant, the Appeal can be added to the final hearing board. 4.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Interim Application is rejected.

(ii) The Appeal be added to the weekly final hearing board commencing from 1.7.2024.
