Heard Mr. Naik, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Khan, learned APP for the respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the applicant is pressing for relaxation of condition No.7(iii), imposed by this Court by order dated 02.08.2023 while granting bail. The said condition specifies that the applicant shall not enter the territorial limits of Ambernath Revenue Taluka. 3.
Additionally, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court may consider relaxing condition No.7(v) also, which mandates the applicant to give attendance to the Office of Crime Branch - Unit No.1 - Thane on every Friday until completion of trial. 4.
Although the learned APP has opposed the prayer made in the present application, this Court is inclined to allow the same, for the reason that the co-accused persons have been granted such relief. This is evident from the orders passed by this Court on 12.11.2024 in Interim MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2024.12.19 14:33:41 +0530 Application No.3681 of 2024 in Bail Application No.4471 of 2021 and 1/2
902_IA1966_24.doc 29.08.2024 in Interim Application No.1586 of 2024 in Bail Application No.515 of 2023, as also two other interim applications of co-accused persons.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed and condition No.7(iii) is deleted, while condition No.7(v) is modified, meaning thereby that the applicant shall now mark his presence before the Crime Branch - Unit No.1 - Thane on the first Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., during the pendency of the trial. 6.
The application is disposed of.
