By this application, the applicant seeks modification of condition (c) imposed in the order dated 31.08.2023, whereby bail was granted to the applicant. The said condition reads as follows : "(c) The applicant shall report to the Officer of the AntiNarcotics Cell, Azad Maidan Unit, twice a month on the first and third Monday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge-sheet is already filed and that the investigation is completed. It is submitted that the applicant has abided by the aforesaid condition for the past about one year and therefore, this Court may consider relaxing the said condition. 3.

Considering the fact that the applicant is recorded to have no criminal antecedents in paragraph No.5 of the said order while granting bail, it would be appropriate that the said condition is modified by requiring the applicant to report only once on the first Monday of each month before the Ant-Narcotics Cell, Azad Maidan Unit.

In view of the above, the application is partly allowed and condition (c) is modified as follows :

"(c) The applicant shall report to the officer of the Anti-Narcotics Cell, Azad Maidan Unit, once a month i.e. first Monday of every Month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. during the pendency of the trial." 6.

The application is disposed of.
