This is an application for modification of condition no. (g) imposed while granting bail by this Court vide order dated 7th November 2023.

It is submitted that there is no progress in the trial and as the applicant is a poor person, a skilled labour it is difficult for him to attend the proceedings on each date staying outside the taluka. 3.

It is submitted that to get the complete opportunity to defend his case, condition may be relaxed.

The learned APP opposed the application.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, I am of the opinion that the application needs to be varsha

Liberty is granted to the State for cancellation of bail in case misuse of liberty or if the applicant commits similar offence. 7.

It is made clear that other conditions shall remain in force. 8.
