By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time of four weeks to furnish surety in the light of the specific conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 08.02.2024, while granting bail to the applicant. It is to be noted that in paragraph 11 of the said order, this Court had permitted the applicant to furnish cash security of Rs.30,000/- for a period of eight weeks.

Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the applicant was suffering incarceration and certain sureties furnished by him did not satisfy the concerned Court, efforts are being made to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court, for which extension of time may be granted.

For the reasons stated in the application, as a matter of last chance, time for furnishing surety is extended for a period of four weeks from today. No further extension shall be granted. 4.

The application is disposed of.
