This is an application seeking modification of condition No.(ii) imposed in the order dated 12.04.2023 passed by this Court granting bail to the applicant. The said condition requires the applicant to report to the office of the Anti-Narcotics Cell, Bandra on first Monday of every month. 2.

This Court has considered the material on record. The co-accused is said to be absconding even till date. There is one more criminal antecedent of the applicant.

Hence, no case is made out by the applicant. The application is dismissed.
