This application is filed seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as per the order passed by this Court dated 18th March 2024 by which applicant was conditionally released on bail. It is recorded that the applicant would deposit some of Rs. 2 lakhs in the trial Court within a period of eight weeks from date of order. By varsha

(38)-ia-2088-2024.doc accepting this statement the application of the applicant bearing Bail Application No. 3783 of 2023 was allowed. It is submitted that since the applicant has lost a job, after his release he could not arrange the amount of Rs. 2 lakhs and therefore extension is sought. 3.

Considering the submission, this Court is inclined to extend the time by four weeks from today. It is made clear that in no case there shall be further extension of time on failure to deposit the amount within such period. If amount is not deposited necessary consequences shall follow.
