The prayer in this application is for modification of the order dated 06.05.2024 passed in A.B.A.No.1236 of 2024 granting anticipatory bail on certain conditions. The prayer is for reduction of amount from Rs.30000/- each.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the said order was passed on 06.05.2024 and for more than a month in spite of their best efforts the applicants could not get sureties in view of the offence pending against the applicants. time be given and in the meantime, the applicants be permitted to furnish cash bail. She further submitted that, as of today, even N.B.Ws. are pending against them issued by the Trial Court. Therefore, it has become more difficult for them to get the sureties because they are apprehending arrest pursuant to the N.B.Ws. 3.

Considering this situation, the applicants can be permitted to furnish cash bail for a reasonable period and in the meantime, they can furnish sureties and they can also approach the Trial Court for making an application for setting aside the N.B.Ws.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i) The order dated 06.05.2024 passed in A.B.A.No.1236 of 2024 is modified to the following extentIn the event of their arrest in connection with C.R.No.170 of 2019 registered at Trombay Police Station, Mumbai, the applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing P. R. bonds

in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each (Rupees Thirty Thousand each Only) with one or two sureties each in the like amount. However, the applicants are permitted to furnish cash bail for the said amount each for a period of four weeks from today; within which period they shall make an arrangement for furnishing one or two sureties each in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each.

ii) The Applicants shall deposit their passports, if any, before the investigating officer.

iii) The Application is disposed of.
