Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to furnish surety in terms of order dated 26.03.2024 passed by this Court (Coram: M.S. Karnik, J), granting bail to the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has now been able to arrange for the surety and therefore, this Court may allow the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and extension of time for furnishing surety is granted for a period of four weeks. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted. 5.

The application is disposed of.
