This is an application for condonation of delay of 1122 days in filing Appeal. The Applicant has challenged the Judgment and order dated 05.02.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, in Sessions Case No.948 of 2016. The applicant was convicted U/s.307 of the I.P.C.

She further submitted that the applicant has good case on merits and because of the delay in filing Appeal, he continued to remain in jail after his conviction without there being any application for bail in his Appeal. 3.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, delay in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
