This Application is preferred seeking extension of time for furnishing security.

Learned APP opposes the application stating that already there was extension granted of four weeks by order dated 22.04.2024. The Applicant has been released on bail and has still not furnished surety as directed by this Court even after extension. 3.

Considering the fact that the Applicant is a poor person, this Court is inclined to allow the Application by way of last chance. Hence, the following order :- BGP.

i) The Application is allowed.

ii) Time to furnish surety is extended by six weeks from today by way of last chance.

iii) It is made clear that in no case there shall be further extension of time.
