This Application is filed seeking suspension of sentence awarded by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Islampur. By way of judgment and order dated 26.04.2024, Court has awarded sentence of two years for the offence punishable under Section 12 of the POCSO Act. Learned Trial Court has already suspended the BGP.
