This Application is filed seeking quashment of nonbailable warrant issued by the learned Sessions Judge in Session Case No.276 of 2022.

On a specific query raised by this Court as to why the Applicant has not applied to the same Court for cancellation of warrant ? It is answered that because of the Vacation, the Applicant has directly approached this Court.

However, this Court finds that it would be proper to approach the same Court which has issued non-bailable warrant. No BGP.

In view of above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Application.
