Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that yesterday he has not noted that the matter was on board yesterday and therefore, he could not appear in the matter. He states that by order dated 11th July 2025, delay in filing Criminal Revision Application has already been condoned and the Applicant has been directed to take instructions about the deposit of 50% of the amount towards maintenance. 902-REVN-301-2025+.DOC states that within a period of five weeks, the said 50% of the amount will be deposited before the learned Trial Court. 2.

Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel states that the deposit of the said amount will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Applicant.

If such amount is deposited, the Respondent No.1-Sushma Narendra Pandav is allowed to withdraw the said 50% of the amount.

Stand over to 19th September 2025.

In view of the above statement, no further steps be taken till the next date.
