The Applicant is the original accused No.2 in NDPS Special Case No.746/2020 before the learned Special Judge, Greater Mumbai. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that there MANUSHREE NESARIKAR is no other male member in the Applicant's family. His wife is Nesarikar
