Heard Dr. Pradeep Kumar Pardeshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar Pardeshi, learned Counsel states that the Applicant is Accused No.4. There are a total of 9 accused. The Applicant has already completed 7 years of imprisonment. The punishment is of 10 years. Accused Nos.1 and Accused No.5 have been released on bail during trial. Accused No.2 has been discharged. Accused Nos.3, 7, 8 and

26-IA-2190-2024.doc 9 are absconding. As far as Accused No.6 is concerned, the proceedings are abated. He submits that the Applicant has very limited role in the crime even as per the case of the prosecution. 3.

Today none appears for the Respondent No.2-Central Bureau of Investigation.
