By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the bail application, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 6th February 2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.).

For the reasons stated in the application, including a specific reason regarding personal difficulty of the counsel appearing for the applicant, the application is allowed and the bail application is restored.

The applicant was arrested on 20th May 2019. Hence, list the restored Bail Application No. 1437 of 2022 on 31st July 2024 (High on Board).
