The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 354, 354(D) of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short "POCSO Act").

In view of above, the applicant's sentence is suspended and he is enlarged on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal, on the following terms and conditions:-

ORDER

i.

The applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Both the Interim Applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms and are accordingly disposed of.
