By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail condition No.(iv) imposed by this Court (Coram: Sadhana S. Jadahv, J.) by order dated 29th July 2021. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant is ready to give undertaking when he will go abroad. He will take permission of the Trial Court. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant and in view of the undertaking, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(iv) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram : Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) by order dated 29th July 2021 is relaxed. (ii) The Applicant shall take permission of the Trial Court, if he intends to go abroad.

(iii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
