Interim Application is taken out for restoration and on hearing the learned counsel, Ms Anjali Raut appearing for the Applicant and on perusal of the Application and in particular para 4 and 5, where a personal diffculty of the counsel is stated to be the ground for his absence when the proceedings were called out, we are satisfed that the absence was bonafde and unintentional.
