DATED : 15th JULY, 2024 P.C:- IA Nos.2219/2024 and IA No.2222/2024 are taken out seeking restoration of IA No.3636/2022 and IA No. 3637/2022 filed in Criminal Appeal No. 193/2023, as both the applications were dismissed for want of prosecution on 19/3/2024.

Taking note of the grounds on which the restoration is sought, and the absence of the Advocate being not intentional, and in any case, the parties shall not suffer for the lawyer's/counsel's fault, we deem it appropriate to restore the applications to its file, by setting aside the orders dated 19/3/2024.

IA Nos.3636/2022 and 3637/2022 being restored to file, are directed to be listed on 30/7/2024. Intimation of restoration shall also be given to the counsel representing respondent no.2, being appointed through legal services authority.
