By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to comply with clause (c) of the operative portion of the order dated 02.11.2023 passed by this Court, allowing his bail application. As per the said condition, the applicant was required to furnish surety within a period of six weeks. 2.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that on an earlier occasion, by order dated 03.04.2024, this Court had already granted extension of time by two weeks.

Considering the statements made in the application, as a matter of last chance, the applicant is granted further extension of four weeks for furnishing surety.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
