The Applicant, however, has addressed a communication to the Magistrate, informing that he is not in a position to arrange for the surety and, therefore, the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, forwarded a communication to the Registrar, High Court, Bombay. 2.

Considering the directives of the Apex Court and the policy applicable in Nashik Road Central Prison to deal with such situation, let Mr.Yagnik, the learned A.P.P., obtain M.M.Salgaonkar
