Heard Mr. S. Shamim, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in both Interim Applications and Ms. Surbhi Agrawal, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 in Interim

Application No.2251 of 2024 and for Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 in Interim Application No.2252 of 2024.

It is the submission of Mr. Shamim, learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Respondents have not complied with Order dated 18th August 2023 passed by a learned Single Judge in Anticipatory Bail Application No.528 of 2023 with Anticipatory Bail Application No.529 of 2023.

Ms. Surbhi Agrawal, learned Counsel, on instructions of the Respondent No.2, who is personally present in Court, states that today an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- has been deposited in the account of the Applicant and the balance amount is Rs.14,00,000/-. She states that the said amount of Rs.14,00,000/- along with the interest will be deposited in the account of the Applicant on or before 18th July 2025. She states that although only Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court, the Respondent No.2 has been instructed to make said statement by Respondent No.2 in Interim Application No.2251 of 2024 and by the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in Interim Application No.2252 of 2024. Thus, Ms. Surbhi Agrawal, learned Counsel states that the

said statement is made on the instructions of Respondent No.2 in Interim Application No.2251 of 2024 and of Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 in Interim Application No.2252 of 2024. 4.

In view of said statement made by Ms. Surbhi Agrawal, learned Counsel on instructions of the said Respondents, the Interim Applications are disposed of by recording above statement as undertaking given to this Court.

In addition to other terms and conditions as mentioned in Order dated 18th August 2023, the said Respondents are directed to attend Samta Nagar Police Station, Mumbai once in 15 days i.e. on 1st and 3rd Sunday between 11:00 am and 01:00 pm for a period of 6 months and thereafter once in a month i.e. on 1st Sunday between 11:00 am and 01:00 pm.

The said Respondents shall furnish their cell phone numbers and residential addresses to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto. 7.

Accordingly, both the Interim Applications are disposed of.

Stand over to 22nd July 2025 for reporting compliance of this Order.
