The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, makes a statement that the applicants to demonstrate their bonafides, are ready to reconvey the 5 disputed flats sold by them to the association by executing cancellation

sg 912.aba1541-24.doc deeds. The applicants further state that they will place on record consent affidavits of the purchasers of these disputed flats, who are the applicants' relatives, on the next date. 2.

In view of this, there shall be no coercive action qua the applicants till the next date.
