DATED : 20th JUNE, 2024 P.C:- On 9/01/2024, the Writ Petition was dismissed for non prosecution.

This resulted in filing of an Interim Application No. 2297 of 2024 seeking its restoration along with condonation of delay of 121 days in filing the application.

We have heard the counsel for the applicant and perused the application. In paragraph no.2, the application proceed to state that the applicant inadvertently missed out the date for hearing which resulted in its dismissal.

We are satisfied with the bonafides of the justification. The Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Writ Petition No. 3937 of 2013 is restored to its file. The Writ Petition No.3937 of 2013 is directed to be listed for final hearing on 10/07/2024.
