Having heard the learned counsel parties, this Court finds that time and again, the applicant has been approaching this Court seeking permission to travel abroad. She is constrained to apply to this Court seeking relief because one of the conditions for granting bail was to surrender the passport with the Court. On each occasion, this Court has granted permission, as a consequence of which, the applicant has travelled abroad, returned back and re-deposited the passport. 2.
The main application i.e. Criminal Application No.53 of 2024 is pending before this Court seeking modification / deletion of the aforesaid condition, requiring deposit of the passport. 3.
It would be appropriate that the main application itself is decided at the earliest.
