BKID0000001 4) Subject to payment of aforestated cost within the stipulated period, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

5) If Applicant pays the said cost within the stipulated period, as noted above, the period to comply with the directions issued by Order dated 4th August, 2023 is extended by two weeks from the date of payment of said cost.

6) Upon production of receipt of payment of cost, Registry is directed to issue notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 11th September, 2025.
