2) Learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, for condonation of said inordinate delay of 270 days, the Applicant is ready and willing to pay a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within a period of one week from the date of uploading this Order on the official website of High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
