Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the Respondents.

The Interim Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 95 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application. 3.
Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have strongly opposed the Application by filing Affidavit-in-Reply. Both the learned Counsel appearing for both the Respondents state that no documents have Dusane

However, it is required to be noted that the delay is only of 95 days. The ground raised are that although the learned Advocate has been approached for filing the Criminal Revision Application, he has not taken any prompt steps. It is also mentioned that due to financial constraints, the Criminal Revision Application could not be filed earlier.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs.

Place the Criminal Revision Application on board for admission on 19th March 2025.
