1] On 19.09.2022, the Application filed by the Applicants for suspension of sentence and release on bail, was rejected, but 1/2

(16)IA-2322-2024.doc recording that Accused No.4 Dilip Bhalerao, do not deserve release on bail on merits, noting that they are in Jail since 2013, the Appeals were directed to be listed for final hearing.

Once again an Application is moved by accused No.4 Dilip Bhalerao for suspension of sentence on the ground that he has suffered from paralysis and will undergo undue hardship due to his disability.

2] We would like to direct the learned APP to obtain necessary instructions from the Medical Superintendent of the concerned Jail, where he is presently incarcerated.

Let the report be placed before us within a period of one week from today.
