Heard learned advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP. 2.

As per the order dated 12 July 2023 while granting bail the applicant was directed not to enter territorial limits of Lonand Police Station, Satara till the conclusion of the trial. 3.

He wants to undergo kidney operation. At present he is posted at Rajasthan. The certificates are from Fortis Hospital, Mohali. After the operation he wants to stay with his family members. Relaxation can be granted for three months. Hence, the following order:-

LSP 2 14 ia 2336.24.doc (i) The Condition No.C of the order dated 12 July 2023 is relaxed for three months from today for the purposes of treatment of kidney.

(ii) After the said period he is supposed to leave the territorial limits of Lonand police station.
